Hunting Open Season!

No no, this is not like a bugs bunny cartoon, this is about Striking Poses holding a hunt! YAY! I’ve been lucky to be asked to do the advert and the note card to put into every pose you find. This hunt starts today and runs till February 22nd. (I have the location for all of the poses … muahaha(evil laugh))

If you like to go hunting, well SP is also participating in the Snacks N’ Sweets Hunt, you have to look for a yummy cupcake and get your prize :D

No, we are not just focused on hunts, no way … we have a new release for you, and this week it is the time for retro Celebrities! Yay! This weeks is modeled on Susan Hayward, a beautiful woman that made the silver screen sizzle, and now you can too! Only if you get the “ Hollywood Starlet Collection!

Okay! We know you like presents and sales, this is why Striking Poses has a new dollarbie for you, but don’t forget that group members will pay less for dollarbies! :D

And we have a new collection is on sale, this time it is the turn for Lap of Luxury… go to our store and try them out!

Zelly has told me that a new collection will be out this Monday for the Midnight Mania … but … sadly the name of this collection is a mystery, as I don’t know it either! But keep an eye to the group notices, Zelly will inform you all soon ;)

Late Sunday News

Hello fellow readers,

Halloween is over for another year and I don’t want to see any pumpkins or scary faces for the next 364 days. :p

And for start of this week, I have the most fantastic news for you all coming from Striking Poses, so let’s begin!

“Wet Dreams” does this name say something to you?, well for me it does and for all our member in our group, because this is the new release for this week. This collection is based on Jenna Jameson a porn star, so you can imagine how good this poses are. There are 10 poses, and 2 of them are very well made sitting ones. And of course they are super sexy with the quality that you know from Striking Poses.



Now you can breathe as shapes are back with this lovely shape called “Bryony”. This will remind you of that girl next door all tall and slander. Don’t forget to try the demo before you buy and take a look on at the face, how cute?

After Party :)

Here we go!

Good day fellow readers,

Today I have zillions of photos to show you, all from our very successful Harlow Costumed Scavenger Hunt Party … *breath*

A lot of people were around and we all really had great fun, I must confess I was kind of busy taking the pictures, but that is the photographer job … it is not a party if you don’t have a picture to show, right?

So … first at all I am going to congratulate our 2 winners, eKitten Magic, she won the scavenger hunt running all over the sim with her 2 headed baby and pram and not to forget smoking her cigarette! Well don eKitten! And our Best in Costume winner Kyrian Lafavre, wearing an adorable puppet dress with spiders and all that stuff … has to be the best Halloween costume so far :D



We had a real mixture of costumes and I am sure you didn’t realise that we had a real vampire in among us at the party, thankfully he was kind and didn’t bite us ;)

Friday again? O.o

It’s FRIDAY!!!

I know you’ll all be excited as the weekend has just arrived, even I’m happy and I don’t work! Makes me happy to see another weekend shoot by!

Soo… just two days till our great Halloween hunt is here, or maybe you’ll be hunted youself! I guess that’ll depend who’s company you are in ;) Also, our Zelly might be joining us, and also! Rhianna has fixed her pc problems so she will be there all night long hosting the party and hunt!

A little bit of Drama?

Greetings!

How is everyone doing? I hope you are all as good as I am! Today could be the last day we spend showing you the older poses, rumor has it that Zelly is working on a new collection, and from what I heard it is going to be absolutely awesome!

Anyways, I will call this week, the “Retro” week collections, on Tuesday I showed you the Grace Kelly collection, what a wonderful set of poses they were. Today I have for you a mixture of a collection, which is named “Drama Queens”. We all know we like to see and have drama in our lives, so why not grab this fatpack and start acting like a Drama Queen! ;)



The pose to the left is number 8, and the one to the right is pose number 9.

If you like sales, well this is your opportunity to take part in one. We at Harlow Sim are holding a huge sale, you need to find the “sale” logos (big red star, just like the picture below) and well.. SHOP! :)

It's Fishing time!

Okay, How I have no idea how this things works, I had to ask Rhinna for a NC explaining this funny tournament ... so here you have!

The all new Harlow Fishing Tournaments offer a generous 300L prize pot! That will be split 3 ways! Not only that but we accept donations to the pot, taking the pot to anywhere over 500L! Oh oh.. and not just that.. no no no! You will also have a high chance of catching many of the Striking Poses poses that managed to end up in the sea!
So in simple terms, grab your fishing rod, some bait, come join us by the docks at Harlow and you’ll win many prizes, from Poses to Linden cash! Weee....

It's Party Time!

Hello Everybody!

This has been a long week but a really good one for me. I am happy to be back in my routine. I have to thank my friends that greet me for my real life birthday. I had a really great time with them.

I always finish and start chatting about me, and I forget what I should be posting about, silly me! Well, let me get stuck right in and tell you the latest from Striking Poses!

First thing, we are currently looking through all the contest submissions and I have to say were having a hard time trying to choose the winner. But we’ll be sure to tell you all on July 30th!

While you wait, why not go grab your best pair of shoes, and your favourite dress.. as we at Striking Posses are going ...... PARTY PARTY!!! That’s right, were holding another PARTY!!!

The party will be this Saturday (1st of August) at 2pm SLT and it’s going to be held on one of the streets of Harlow and to keep things easy we have themed it.. “Come as you are” that means come in whatever you like! I’ll mention that you should all bring your thinking caps, as we’ll be holding random trivia’s to test your knowledge, and if you get a question right, you’ll win a prize! Weeee! We’ll also have a live DJ attending.. DJ Tydeyz Snook, she has a very sexy voice, and I’m always curious about him when I hear him speak! Oh.. did I mention Prizes? Well, what would a party be without Prizes? Soo.. we many prizes to give away all contributed from the stores in Harlow!

My day is coming ...

Hello pose lovers!

I can’t believe that were half way through the week and even worse were half way through the month! Oh, and let’s not mention the fact were half way through the year! Where does the time go? Ah, only 9 days till I become one year more wiser ;) (and no, I’m not getting older, no no!)

Anyway, enough about that… let’s get back to… poses! So, I hope you have already taken a look at our new pose releases for this week, as in my opinion it has been the best release so far this month!

The Big Day is Comming!!

Hello!
Just a quickie, to keep you updated with all that is happening at Striking Poses.. so pay attention!

This Sunday the 12th we will be hosting the biggest and the greatest party ever held in Second Life, full of fancy music, games, gifts, and of course US! This is not to be missed as it will be the talking point in Second Life for the next year! xD



Next our release for this week is Contemplation, I took a quick photo while we were buying a new piece of land… yes I know, we keep on moving.. But wait till you see out new house!!



Up next is “Fallen Love” which is a couples pose for the members of our group, also the dollarbies will be just 1L for all our group members, the rest of you will have to pay the normal price. If you want them at the lower price.. you know what to do… ;)

Oh, before I forget if you are interested in renting a shop in our Harlow sim, then contact Jordan Whitt, as we still have a couple left!

Three's Company ...

Hiya!
I am hopping you haven’t forgotten our super duper big party this Sunday, and how lots of stores in game have sales, It’s the perfect chance to chose your pretty party dress :D

Hello… all of you!

I hope you are all doing better than I am, I managed to catch the silly flu, thanks to one of my friends *sneezes*. I had an amazing weekend with my good friends; we had such a laugh and really enjoyed our selves, it had been nearly 3 years since we last met!

Anyway, none of that will stop me from posting the new and hottest things from Striking Poses, so pay attention, as I have some awesome things to share with you :)
