Shapes by Striking Poses ... and more

Hello everybody,

Quite a while ago Striking Poses introduced a new product to complement our fantastic poses. Do you remember what it was? No? Shapes! They used to be available in our old store.

Acacia, Acantha, Achilla, Achlys, Adara, Adelpha, Airlia, Bellanca are all the names of the shapes we offered, they came in different weights, heights and face shapes.

And now we would like to introduce our new shape……….. “Bryony”.
This shape is 7’3” or 2.21cms in height. It has a slim well made shape that will work well for modeling!



Bryony has a lovely face, a turned up nose and with small eyes, the touch to detail makes this shape match any skin with perfection.

I put together some pictures together to show you how our poses work perfectly with this new shape, both poses from the new Wet Dreams collection.

Some point this week I will show you my favorite poses from the Wet Dreams collection, I must confess that I had trouble picking poses to use… they are all super cool … or super wet ;)

If you missed my post on Sunday, then I’ll remind you to not forget to collect your Dollarbie 02, it is located in the middle of our main store.



Also the sale is still on, the “Miss All American” collection is just 250L and each single pose will cost you just 25L … it’s an absolute bargain!



October is gone and our Breast Exam pose is still available, if you haven’t picked up yours, what are you waiting for? … It won’t cost you a single Linden.



So to finish the post for today … boards to rent … that is, we have boards available where you can set your store logo and tell everyone about your store, where can find them? … well there are 6 available at Harlow Streets (Taxi) and 4 at the Docks (Boat), choose yours and get known ;)

Hunt Hunt ... good good!

Tuesday!!!

Just 5 days left till the Scavenger Hunt! At Harlow, I hope you all have your costumes ready! I am still sorting out my costume, so … if you are like me, hurry up!



Lots of prizes to be had and the best thing is we have 6k cash up for grabs! Lots of the Harlow stores are participating and are giving away great prizes. Of course this wouldn’t be fun without a party and well.. we have one of those too! With the fantastic DJ Tydeyz Snook playing awesome music for you all!!


Now, in mean time you can visit our sim and if you are interesting in renting a store there, I must tell you that we only have 3 shops left, each with 75 prims.

And … I want to show you this picture I made for one of the stores I work for… The pose is from Dirty Girl Collection number 2 … and with some funny face animations, which you can make a great picture with… also the picture was taken at Harlow, see our decoration is going to be awesome!

Monday Yummies From Harlow!

Yikes its been a while since I have shared some of the fabulousness of our Harlow stores with you all, so I hit the stores, grabbed the camera and had some fun around the Sim.

Multiple Personality Disorder (MPD) is one of my new favourite stores. Not only is everything fun, flirty and well designed...its ALL only $1!!!! Yes that is not a misprint. Everything in store at MPD is only one linden. You can buy everything for yourself, an alt, even drag your friends in and still have enough cash left over to hit some more of our stores. I chose a costume, after all, tis the costume season, and what could be cuter than this bee outfit!

New to Harlow is Second Moon. As their opening gift, they have this cute shirt free in store. It looks fabulous with your favourite pair of jeans. I love the colours and how they have a hint of being transparent. There is a lovely selection of dancer/kajira/sexy clothing here, so check it out if you like looking amazingly sexy!

Also new to Harlow is !mpossible. Their opening gift is this lovely outfit called Elegance, which has a warm black sweater and brown leather skirt, just perfect for Autumn. The necklace adds a great touch and is included. An outfit for men is also included in the gift, but it is no-trans, so you will need to bring your hunny or friends with you to pick it up. Also check out the store as it has many more incredible outfits at great prices on sale.

Its so nice how it can be summer all year round here in Second Life. And in keeping with my belief that you can never have enough fabulous bikinis, I hit Swim for their new dollarbie and added it to my exploding collection of swimwear. With sexy tiger stripes on the top and solid black on the bottoms, its guaranteed to bring out the animal in any man. The is a male dollarbie also available in store.

Wearing - Nerdy Shoulder Spider from Fire Good

Whenever I want something odd, out there or just plain hilarious, I know Fire Good is the place to go to. Meet Charlotte, my newest shoulder pet. She doesn't just look sexy and classy though, she also has some secret features, such as poofing spiderwebs and a few others I will let you find out for yourselves. With Halloween coming up, you can count on this store to have loads more goodies coming soon!

We have had so many new stores join us lately and I cannot wait to get in there and share more with you. I'm super excited that one of my uber-fav stores is just about to open its doors on Harlow so look out for me fan-girling this one!!!

oops I almost forget my post!

Hellooooooooooo there!

Are you doing alright? I hope so… Me? Well, I’m in shock that it is now October, I haven’t really noticed how quickly these days are passing, they just seem to run on by without me being able to enjoy them *sigh*

Anyways… I am posting today to show you the latest pictures of our poses and their original picture from them.
So, not much to say … just enjoy :)












Just to remind you there is still a shop at Harlow available to rent, it comes with 75 prims and costs 375L a week. Also there are just 4 places left on our advertisement board’s . These are located in the main street at Harlow and 2 at the docks, so hurry up and get yours before they are all gone.

I 'm a mess with titles :S

Hey Folks!


When I have too much on my mind it becomes blocked and after attending a boss-employee meeting I ended up with so many ideas floating round my mind I just forgot about all the other things I should have been doing. Today I managed to finally finish the sneak peak and some other job that Zelly has me working on for her.

The post today will be based on three things. First of all I’ll show you the last 5 pictures from the collection “In the Mood” based on Kim Basinger. This was released on Saturday and can be found in the middle of our mains tore.

I have for you something that Zelly wanted me to create and it’s to show you the original pictures that the poses were based on. It took me some time to come up with this nice little design for them :)

I have to say the end result is not what I had in my mind, as I’d prefer to show you my own way to the use the poses in Second Life and in Real Life; I may come up with something else a later, not sure yet though.

Anyhow, here they are ;)











Next, I’m getting the new releases well in advance of their release date, so I am now able to produce true sneak peak pictures for you. The next line up of poses are incredible and I am really looking forward to showing them all to you, but in the mean time you’ll have to wait.. but I do have this for you, enjoy it :P



Lastly, we have a new dollarbie available to you all and like all the other poses our dollarbies now come with a new style and name…



The dollarbie poses are available to our group members for the super low sum of 1L, if you are not a member then you have two choices, the first is simple.. Become a group member! The second.. is to buy them at a slightly higher price than 1L. But of course the obvious choice is join our group and enjoy all the great benefits our group members receive. Not a group member? What are you waiting for? Join us now!

Join our group is real easy, just locate one of the huge group adverts we have round the store, and then do a simple ‘click’ and voila! you are now a member! Simple huh? What are you waiting for then? Not convinced? Well, joining our group won’t take a group slot, you’ll enjoy all the lovely gifts we give out, you’ll get the latest updates and news and you’ll get full access to all the dollarbie we have on offer! I assume you have stopped reading now.. and are on your way to find our group advert…. If you are reading I guess you’re already a member! :P
