Hooray for the Weekend!!!!

I keep forgetting to mention a new store we have here at the Striking Poses Boutiques, so before I do it again, we welcome Rainbows End to our family. Drop on in and check them out!

I had a bit of fun with this pic. I used a prop from one of my fav prop places, one of Zelly's fabulous poses and came up with something a bit different. I really need to start paying attention to what is in folders when I opened them! I missed seeing the resize instructions for the fab boots from Core, so I look like a child wearing mummy's shoes in this pic! They are so totally cool though and perfect for a grunge/urban/neko look. The resizer is very easy to work as well. I feel so silly for not noticing it sooner!

To go with it, I pulled on one of my fav shirts from SySy - which might have been retired. There is a SALE on at the mainstore of SySy at the moment. Selected styles are being sold for $50 or $99, so if there is something you have been hanging out to buy, rush on in, cos you might be picking it up for a bargain! There is a LM at her Striking Poses Boutique!

To complete the look I found the most amazing jeans from xTotalxBettyx in my inventory! I've been searching through their stores but cannot find them for sale there, so I'm again unsure if they are current stock. They are fabulously sexy though. Roses are my favourite flowers and these jeans have a gorgeous red rose on the back pockets. Their mainstore has been remodelled and there are some glorious new designs for sale, so pop on in, grab a LM and check it out!

You cannot go wrong with this simple, but adorable summer dress from Jazmyn D. It comes in three colours (pink not pictured) and is just stunning. I love the simplicity of the design and the playful fabric chosen to make this dress. It can take you from picnics at the beach to cafe lunches and just hanging out with friends or your special someone. Don't forget to grab a LM and hit up Jazmyn's subscribo for all her new design info and gifts. Looks fab with my new hair too!

Elegant is how I would describe the Mademoiselle Fleur dress. Its the classic strapless form fitting dress which ends just above the knees for a sexy touch. The fabric has a gorgeous starburst pattern which gives it a sparkling look without the bling. I have had the lusties for this dress for a while now, and when I saw it was down to $125, well its now in my inventory!!! For a sexy Autumn/Winter look (for us in the Southern Hemisphere anyway) is the Beans on Toast dress. I just love that name too. It comes with matching long socks with slouchies at the ankles and knees. The flares at the wrists and the low cut neckline give this dress a super sexy look for any professional lady or just for anyone who wants to dress to impress!

Another great classy professional look comes from the Alexis outfit from Clover. Comprising of a jacket layer pink top with a rolled neck collar and black belt over a black leather sculpted skirt, this is one fabulous ensemble for any occasion. For those glorious summer days comes the Summer Top. This can be worn two ways, as shown. For movement and a cute innocent look, there is the babydoll attachment which is just adorable or if tank tops are more your thing, you can wear it without the attachment for a classic tank look. With a range of colours, there is bound to be one for you!

Another of our Boutique Stores having a photo contest at the moment on their Flickr page is Core. Design an advert for any of their items and you could have your winning entry displayed in the store and a fabulous giftcard prize. TGIF Boutique Yummies!

Yay its Friday! In the Second Life world anyway. It does get confusing living a day ahead of SL and always having to think a day behind. I get so disorientated!

Enough about that and on to the latest goodies from the Boutique Stores!

I absolutely love this dress! So much so that I stalked a lucky board all day to get the hair and went off Ballet Boot shopping so I could have a "ballerina look" to wear with it. The ruffled skirt and addition of the sculpted flower on the decollatage are what makes this a totally gorgeous dress for going out dancing or any time you want to look glamorous and beautiful! At only $100...how can you not add this to your inventory?

Its amazing what you find when you poke around our Boutique Stores. I found this sexy number at the G Sloane Couture store as her gift for women. There is also one for men. With sheer and dark panels over the bodice and skirt, its a very sexy and elegant dress for a classy night out. Check out the rest of the clothing when you swing by to pick this up, cos you might find the perfect outfit you have been looking for!

If you haven't checked out Clover yet, you have no idea what goodies you are missing out on. Not only are the clothes super affordable and gorgeous, but the main store has so many super things like lucky chairs and group gifts. I joined the group and grabbed some yummy goodness from Clover like the Dotty Dress and skin that was in the 1000 Member Group Gift and then hit the previous group gift wall and picked up the Sonia Dress and some other yummies I will share with you another time.

Long before Leonardo and Clare rocked Shakespeare, there was Olivia and Leonard in the 1968 version of Romeo and Juliet, which will be remembered for the first cinematic version of the play to have actual teenagers playing the roles of the doomed lovers. Body Doubles brings you a new shape - Oliva Hussey! A sexy mix of English and Argentine, Olivia is a gorgeous addition to your shape collection. With her comes the styling card with skin, hair etc suggestions to make your new shape look like the picture above.

Yay its a long weekend! As if that wasn't wonderful enough, its a long weekend PLUS chocolate!!!! Which reminds me, I should go stock up on more soon!

Its got a lovely floral fabric too, giving it a classy look which is further shown by the halterneck. Its sexy, very very affordable, and just a lovely addition to anyone's inventory.

Its time for more studly yumminess from Body Doubles! Be still my beating heart...its KEANU!!!! Whether you loved him in Bill and Ted (and how could you not?) or as the sexy surfer/FBI agent in Point Break or as the psycho in The Watcher or the role that everyone best remembers him for...Neo in The Matrix trilogy of movies, Keanu is definately one of the most chameleon actors of our time. DollyRock does it again! Once again I am wowed by the detail and the loveliness of the items I'm sharing with you today. First is the sexy black lace dress - Delmelza. It comes with two flexi skirt options, a short and long one, which you can wear on their own, or together like I have. It comes with the long lacey gloves and stockings and is just a perfect dress for a sexy night with your sig other! May is a breath of fresh summery air after a long and cold winter. What I love about this dress is the detail that has gone into it. There are cute pink flowers moving down the bodice, and they also peek out from underneath the skirt in an underskirt layer. You also get the sandals and bracelet with this outfit. This is the dress for summer that you will just fall in love with!

The flowers are incredible and the lace make this something you need to have in your inventory. The assymetrical skirt adds a cute touch too. If you love sexy corset sets as much as I do, run and snap this up! You are sure to tease and delight your man (or woman) when you wear this.

Whether you're letting your wild and playful side out or you're a lady, these outfits are perfect for you! I forgot to take my shoes off, but decided to keep the picture to show you exactly how transparent the skirt of the Gypsy Lady Set is. Talk about sexy!!!! The colour choices are amazing too. You can have Lavender/Rose, Blue/Green and Orange/Beige. Or if you are more subdued and ladylike, the Empire Gown is sure to be just right for you. Relay For Life is still going strong at Body Doubles! They already have the delicious Tia Carrere shape for the women in a vendor for the shown amount donation, and the second shape they are donating to RFL (100% of the proceeds are going to this worthy cause) is the uber-yummy Legolas shape from Lord of the Rings. For a donation of $500 or more, this shape is all yours! I soooo need to get a male alt and get this shape for him so he can just stand around in my house looking edible! Look out for the third shape for RFL coming soon!

Don't forget to check out the pose Zelly has made for RFL as well. All proceeds are also going to the American Cancer Foundation. There's also the dollarbies to stock up on and amazing poses all through the store.

Welcome to another week full of Boutique Store goodies!

I'm not a fan of pink, the colour anyway, but this dress in rouge is just breathtaking. The dress comes with optional train, which you can see in the picture, or if you don't want to wear it, you can choose to just wear the waist sashband instead. If you're not a pink fan either, you can grab it in purple, blue, green or bronze. SySy's RFL dresses were versions of this in black with coloured trains. The Clothing Fair is over, but is worth checking out the mainstore to see if SySy still has the vendors up with them if you love this dress as much as I do!

Wow! Thats what I thought when I stopped in to check out this store. Katya Dirval Designs has the most incredible SL photography I have seen in a while. The poses she uses, scenery and settings she picks - perfect! The pictures are on sale for an amazingly low $49 each. Stop on in and be blown away by incredible talent of Katya Dirval yourself.
