Another good Shop at Harlow

Hello fellow readers,

I’m posting today to tell you about a really nice shop that has just been rented on Harlow, and just for this post I’ll be talking about shops instead of Jordan.
Blush & Bashful Boutique is a new shop here in Harlow at the Docks, and I have to admit I’m happy about this shop opening, why? The owner of this store is a very good friend of mine, Gigi Sapeur.

She is an excellent designer, her clothes are always of good quality, the textures and hand work are perfect. She always puts in realistic details into her designs making it hard to resist buying them all. Also just to add she has very reasonable prices!

I have had the pleasure to model some of her work in the past and I just love it, and today I am going to show you how good she is.
As the summer is starting here where I live, I got the “Peacock Bathing Suit” a lovely and very sophisticated one piece swimwear in a lovely pastel green colour with 2 peacocks on the front ;).

Now, if you are in a city and want to look chic and casual, this “Lil' Miss Plaid in red” will look lovely on you all, it’s a 2 pieces suit that suits all girls of every skin colour. The kilt top comes with a strapless option and the skirt matches perfectly with the colours of the top, it’s a very nice suit for the beginning of autumn and of course make sure to wear a jacket, if you plan on being out for long time :P

And to finish, I for you something for those days that we don’t want to dress so much, and feel comfortable at home, well, Blush & Bashful has a selection of panties saying “I love you” in many languages like Spanish, Japanese or French :O . The top is not from the set of panties, but I found this great “Beware of Bridezilla tshirt”, clever uh? … and if you take a close-up look you will see the wrinkles in it, as I said before Blush & Bashful has really great clothes collection at wonderful prices.

New Release! Kim B at Striking Poses!

Hello everybody!


This weekend is going to be another busy few days as lots of new skins and shapes come out, and I have to say that I have been waiting some time for this to come. Why? Because my lovely fiancé has promised to buy me my favorite “make up” set :D


And how can we not forget, with the weekend comes…. A NEW RELEASE! I have for you this fabulous sexy woman who goes by the name of Kim Basinger. Remember the sneak peak? Well this is her! The collection comes with 10 poses, two of which are sitting and one lying pose. It is a very insinuating collection the poses are original, making them ideal for cloth designers. A pose set we should all have in our inventory….. In our adverts… and well.. In every store! Be sure you’ll be ‘In the Mood’ to get this ;)



Also as mentioned in my previous post, we have put together some large adverts that detail the name changes to each pose set, this should make it easier to identify if you already own the pose or not. Since the changes in our store the only release is this ‘In The Mood’ collection so you have not missed anything!



A REMINDER! You only have 4 days left to collect the chilies in Harlow! Be warned, they are “too hot to handle” *giggles* So make sure you visit our sim Hunt here at Harlow, you have till the 30th September. Hurry Hurry! Every store in the sim that has the hunt advert will have a chili, and with this you’ll get some amazing items made especially for you ;)



Wanting to do a little advertising? Advertise in the streets of Harlow! There are still 2 free boards at the docks, get yours before they are all gone!

Its Monday!

Firstly...the Yardsale has swung open its doors and is ready for you to come browse through the things we no longer want, but you might. It will be running for two weeks, so keep checking back as more stock will be added when it becomes available. And if you have a linden or two to spare, think about dropping it into the donation bears to help us raise money for needy families and kids this coming holiday season. We're starting early to make this an awesome Xmas for the people in Plumas County!

Secondly...we've had the builders in and made some adjustments to the Striking Poses building. Here's the gorgeous Zelly hanging out with them during a break in building. The adorable cardboard robot builder is back and I'm still wanting to take her home with me lol. And this time, our other builder was having a "Sweet Transvestite" moment which gave us plenty of giggles.

What they have done is put in a couple of new entrances into the Striking Poses building. This one is situated in the middle section where we keep our dollarbies, new releases and sale items. There is also another one further down in the main pose section. What this does is make it easier for you to come in and out when you are shopping around the sim.

Have you checked out the Fishing Tournaments at Harlow yet? Rhianna has been hosting a couple a week for the past few weeks and the turn out has been incredible! Every tournament has had at least 20 people on the docks fishing for fishy friends, poses and the cash in the fishing pot. There is still one store available to rent right in the middle of all this action, and Zelly has added some advertising boards. Your billboard or store will be seen by our fishers. In fact, there is another fishing tournament being held right now!!!

Don't forget the incredible Sim Wide Sale going on this week. Some of our most popular stores are slashing their prices and giving you some amazing deals on their fabulous items.

New LL restrictions have Ake and Zelly working overtime this week to rebrand and reshoot all advertisements, posters and poses, so Ake is taking a break from blogging to work on that. I'll be filling in her shoes and keeping you company till she returns.

What about some fishing? ...

Hello lovelies,

Hi there, I must apologize for not posting sooner. Real life issues have made it next to impossible to manage both.. for example.. Spending the full weekend in the snow with best pals! Weee :P
So … here we go…

For this week I do not have any new release to show you! Sorry! :I

But I’m sure you have all been curious about the prizes that we’ll be giving away with the ‘7 Seas’ fishing down by the docks in Harlow. Well, only way to satisfy that curiosity is to keep an eye on this blog, or watch out for the group notice from the Harlow group! As over the next few days Rhianna will be organizing more tournaments for you all to take part in! More you ask? That’s right we’ll be kicking off with the first tournament at 5pm SLT TOMORROW!! So don’t miss it!!
